Stuck?  Angry?  Lonely?  Tired?
We live in a fast-paced world where expectations are high and the demands on our bodies, minds and souls are overwhelming. To cope, we need to know and practice good self-care and boundaries.
Unfortunately, most of us don’t know how to do this very well. We do life the best we can with the tools we have but eventually realize that it’s not working. We’re worn out, stressed out, physically unhealthy, and we don’t know how to fix it!  If you are ready to learn a new way of coping, ready to feel better and live fuller, call me and we'll discuss your situation and decide together the best way for you to start on your path to growth and change.

DIVERSITY STATEMENT

I do not discriminate against race, religion, sexual orientation, culture or personal preference.  I do not discuss my personal beliefs unless asked and I will not judge you or attempt to change your personal beliefs.  Counseling and coaching services invite a rich mix of thoughts, feelings, ideas, beliefs, behaviors, customs, needs and goals into the therapy room.  Thus, it’s important to create and support an individual therapy environment that is sensitive to this diversity.  This is done through both understanding and respecting the various academic, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds, disability, and sexual orientations that clients bring in to the therapy room.  I am sensitive and accepting of this diversity and open to assisting anyone who desires to feel better and live more fully.  Julie
